Two-factor authentication
After logging in, your account may require two-factor authentication. You can use the DeepUnity PACSonWEB authenticator app or enter an additional code (One-Time-Password or OTP) to confirm your login. We advise you to use the
DeepUnity PACSonWEB Authenticator app for two-factor authentication, as it is the most secure option.
Once you have received your code,
          1. type the 6-digit code into the One-Time-Password field in the OTP dialog.
Your OTP is sent to your mobile phone or e-mail address, depending on your
user settings.

          2. Click Continue.

                | | Important! The OTP code is only valid for 20 minutes. You can have a new code sent from this screen, by clicking Resend One Time Password. Only the last received code can be used. If the One-Time-Password code is entered incorrectly, you will not be logged in. If an incorrect OTP is entered 5 consecutive times, the account will be locked. |
